Sigap From Grupo Sictel Receives Designed For Emc Docmentum Accreditation Correspondence Tracking and Task Management System Leverages EMC® Documentum® Platform To Help Organizations Optimize Task Management
Mexico, City; Mexico. July 01, 2007 – Sictel ECM Solutions, a Grupo Sictel Company focused on delivering an outstanding experience to its customers through deploying real enterprise content management (ECM) and information lifecycle management (ILM) business solutions, today announced that its SIGAP (Correspondence Tracking and Task Management System) has received the “Designed for EMC® Documentum®” accreditation, demonstrating its ability to meet the high quality standards that customers insist on in enterprise applications. The “Designed for EMC Documentum” accreditation demonstrates that SIGAP has successfully met a comprehensive set of criteria for good design, development and implementation.
SIGAP is a modular solution developed on the top of the EMC Documentum platform and was created to help private companies and government agencies dealing with federal regulations and e-government initiatives related to content management. The SIGAP correspondence tracking and task management system helps organizations optimize task assignment and follow-up while integrating all related documents associated with their use. It allows companies to measure overall performance while providing a web based interface enabling a single point of view for task assignment, task reception and task response.
SIGAP received design accreditation by meeting high standards for application design, development, configuration, installation processes and overall quality. As a member of the Designed for EMC program, Sictel ECM Solutions received specialized design consultation and guidance, along with access to dedicated EMC content management technical resources. Sictel ECM Solutions will also be able to include specialized “Designed for EMC Documentum” logos on packaging, marketing collateral, and other promotional materials pertaining to SIGAP. This signifies that SIGAP meets high standards for architectural compliance with the Documentum architecture and leverages development best practices.
